Electronic privacy rights and protecting your privacy are of the utmost importance the Nashville Alliance for Public Education. The following discloses our information gathering usage and practices of The Nashville Alliance for Public Education web site visitors, recipients of our email messages and donors. To this end, SofterWare has partnered with Peer 1, one of the largest server hosting facilities in the world. Peer 1 brings a level of security unmatched by anyone in their field. They are well known to have the most secure, redundant hosting facility available today. Email Security: email addresses received will not be sold, rented or shared with any other company outside of Emma, our email marketing partner and Softerware, our online donor processing partner.

Email Marketing
Individuals that receive email communications from the Nashville Alliance are given the opportunity to opt out of any email marketing communications by clicking on the opt out option.
